Keyu is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario and holds a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University. She has received extensive training in trauma treatment and completed an externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) through the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).

Keyu provides counselling and psychotherapy services to both individuals and couples, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Internal Family System (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based approach. Her therapeutic style is holistic and client-centred, emphasizing the unique experiences, strengths and growth potential of each client. Keyu supports clients with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and self-development.

In addition to her psychotherapy work, Keyu is also a certified yoga instructor and is passionate about integrating mindfulness and grounding techniques to help clients regulate their emotional and neurological system. She believes in the power of mind-body connection and , and that by rechanneling with both, we can foster deeper self-awareness, healing and growth.

Keyu’s diverse experiences—including her work on documentary projects focused on poverty, homelessness, mental health, and immigration, as well as conducting interviews with individuals from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences, and her role as a yoga instructor—allow her to approach therapy with empathy and compassion, creating a warm and inclusive environment where clients can feel safe, heard, and empowered to heal.
